ive checked my BB speed tonight and its not even 7mbps when I'm supposed to be getting 70, I checked with a Ethernet cable connected and its still the same, I reset the router and its still the same, why am I paying for something that I'm clearly not getting
Really sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're getting, I completely appreciate your frustration. I'm sorry to report that we're currently working on a fault in your area under ref: F004244586 which will be reviewed on the 15th March. This fault is known for causing speed reductions, especially during peak time hours. We're planning network upgrades to resolve this fault.
