poor broad band

ive checked my BB speed tonight and its not even 7mbps when I'm supposed to be getting 70, I checked with a Ethernet cable connected and its still the same, I reset the router and its still the same, why am I paying for something that I'm clearly not getting

Really sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're getting, I completely appreciate your frustration. I'm sorry to report that we're currently working on a fault in your area under ref: F004244586 which will be reviewed on the 15th March. This fault is known for causing speed reductions, especially during peak time hours. We're planning network upgrades to resolve this fault. Apologies again for this, please let me know if you've got any other questions.
