pay for 100 meg get 8

been having issues for several weeks for one thing or another not all virgin fault but the slow speed is.

i pay for 100 meg and get about 80% of this but at the  moment i'm getting between 4 meg and 12 meg and have been for about 4 days.

so apart from being blocked from the net now i cant surf it i rely on the internet as im disabled  but with this service its getting to be to much come on virgin dont let me down .

I've located your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area affecting speeds at peak times - Ref.(F004166717). Our technicians are working to get this resolved and have set a review date of 12th April.
