packet loss again

I don't want to deal with this packet loss nonsense again... any updates from VM people about any faults in my area etc?

Looks like an upstream impairment.

Lots of t3 errors on the one channel and it's dropped to 16QAM instead of 64QAM like the other channel.

I've had a look at your connection and there does appear to be an issue with the equipment SNR.

 

I'd like to arrange an engineer visit to investigate this further.
