over utilization issue

Hi 

Account number: removed
Area reference: 15

 

i have been told that my issue should stop on the 15th of march 2017

 

is that still the case?

 

High over utilisation issues in my area

 

3 mbps on a 300 mbps business line

i called up virgin yesterday

 

and after being told several times i could leave my contract he told me that every engineer i spoke to had said that i would be charged a penality to leave from his "notes". straight up fraud, virgin are disgusting. 

 

 I told him that i had recorded the phone calls and he quickly said okay well release you from your contract.

 

slimy. 

 

Oh and im n19 not st3

Thanks for posting. I'm really sorry to hear that you are experiencing slow speeds. 

I've run some checks on your connection to look into this further and I can see that we currently have a fault ticket open F004144974 that's causing slow speeds around peak times. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience this must be causing you. There is a review date coming up on 10/05/2017 where we will certainly be able to check for any updates.
