over utilisation issues sheffield S5 TERRIBLE INTERNET

Looks like there's more issues with the network today, as from just before 2pm I was finding it impossible to load any pages intermittently. Checking the ThinkBroadband monitor, there's a lot of 100% packet loss since around this point time

speed test at 58kb upload 1mb

Really sorry about the poor connection, your line and hub look good however there appears to be a couple of area issues affecting you.

 

F005171595 Intermittent low SNR estimated fix 24/03/2017 

 

F004794472 high area peak time traffic, review date of 19/04/2017

Has the high utilisation in sheffield S5 been resolved yet as I'm considering maybe trying vm again

Personally the utilisation still there and I wouldn't bother with Virgin
