Really sorry to hear that you're getting slow speeds at the moment, I know this is disappointing.
Looking at your connection I don't see anything obviously wrong. Are you testing a wireless or a hard-wired connection? Ideally we would need to see results tested off a hard-wired connection. If you need an Ethernet cable let me know and I'll send one out to you.
