new install please help

I decided to move from BT to virgin and slowly starting to regret!!

Installed this saturday and no end of problems, constant drops outs, poor wifi. have called 3 times and got told they have adjusted stuff. On 100 package but seem to only get around 40-50 if im lucky and wifi is non existance.

Signal at the most upper limit, may require adjusting by a technician

Still within spec jb, if only just. The levels shouldn't be causing any issue.
