Any updates on the over utilisation in my area? I don't feel that this is acceptable any longer.. Especially not at the £80 we are paying per month (of which internet is the most valuable part of the package to us, we haven't watched the TV in over a year or something like that)
Really sorry for the on-going connection problems in your area. I've checked on this and I can see that fault: F003599254 is being reviewed on the 29th March. Would you please bump this thread on or after the review date for more info.

It appears that my issues have been resolved. Thinkbroadband monitor is nice and stable, and I don't experience any of the issues I had previously. The maximum latency is a bit higher compared to my dads graph but that doesn't seem to be an issue.
