feel like i've been conned into renewing my contract, upgraded and i dont even get 2Mb 90% of the time. pretty much unusable in the evening gaming , surfing, streaming no chance. not exactly sure what im now paying for.
can you please resolve this issue as i am tired of phoning the support line and going through the same routine for it to do nothing.
quite clearly i did not sign up to receive such poor service.
