lousy service for over a year.

lousy service from a lousy company, most nights 0.5 mbps, they don't give a dam as long as they get their money.

Sorry to read that you're frustrated with your services, I appreciate it's irritating when it's not working as would be expected.

 

I can see that we're in the process of resolving a fault in your area. The ref is: F004925735 and it's due for review on the 8th Feb.

 

This fault is responsible for reducing speeds during peak time hours.
