Anyone else having problems with internet speeds going up and down more than a brides nightie? I'm supposed to get 200mbps.
When i start having problems and check speeds it can 1 minute be 141mbps then 3 or 4mbps, i tend to notice this more at night between the hours of 9PM and 12Pm, but can also vary through out the day. It can also completely drop out and just left with an amber flashing light for 5 mins, comes back on then up to full speed.
I'm starting to grow pretty tired of how badly my internet is operating and have sworn by virgin for years, but at the moment it just seems to be getting worse and worse.
I dread ringing the call centers as i always seem to get lumbered with Jimmy from India that takes you through the step by step instructions they have on screen and is extremely frustrating.
The stats are fine, however, a lot of T3 errors in a short space of time could cause problems.
It may be worth setting up a Broadband Quality Monitor here for a more detailed picture on how your connection is performing. You will need to enable Respond to ICMP Echo Requests in the SH2s GUI advanced section or disable the firewall if you have a Hub3.
A Forum Team member should pick up the thread in about a week and check your upstream FECs and the traffic on your local segment to see if you are suffering from a contention problem due to the worsening of your connection during peak times.

Thanks for your help griffin, i set up a quality monitor last night and will take it from there. I couldn't find the echo requests so just disabled the fire wall, my super hub is either 2 or 2ac. somebody posted on another thread i commented on showing how to start the ball rolling and that they will have 8 weeks to sort it out from first contact. http://www.bartmans.com/CISAS/
At least this way i might get something knocked off the £82 a month i pay
