internet speeds speed drops drastically

hi i have the vivid 200 and when i initially connect to the internet i get speeds of around 170 but after about 10 minutes it drops down to around 20 i have had a engineer visit and all levels are now correct but i still have this problem i have also tried a wired connection but the problem is still there any help would be greatly appreciated as i dont see the point in paying for the vivid 200 if this is the speed i get i may as well pay for the basic broadband and still achieve the speed of around 20.

 

i am in the PR1 area is there a known over utilization problem here does anyone know?

I've had this problem for 18 months. Virgin take on more customers than the network can cope with they love to take your money but just cannot keep up with the demand.
