ive had the same problem since i joined on the 9th of december 2016 excuses after excuses why its down mine drops to 0.37 ive even shown the technitions when they call to my house funny tho how when they test it its 100 then a few hours after it drops back down they turn it up when they are here its a joke
there is something wrong with the main hub there end all i would say is if everybody refused to pay there bill they might actually sort it out
or failing that send emails to the ceo of virginmedia like i did 2 day its easy to find his email address online
