My Internet speed is very low at peak times. It should be 100 but I am getting 3mb at best! This has been happening on and of for a couple of weeks at peak times. I have complained and I was assured that the issues were corrected but last night and today we are back to a speed of 3mb
I'm sorry to read that you are experiencing slow broadband speeds during the evenings.
From checking your connection there is a high peak time traffic fault in your area which is causing these speeds you are experiencing. Our networks team are investigating the problem and are improving bandwidth and performance to help with this issue. The reference number is F004878729 and with a review date of 14th December.
