Re: high ping

Hi Wesson1989,

Apologies for your increased pings but I'm not able to find any cause from here. I've tested specifically for the time you posted too (and the days immediately preceding).

Have things settled down for you since posting?

By the way the BQM is showing just red - usually an indication that ICMP ping requests haven't been enabled on the Hub.

Keep us updated so we can help if it's still required.

Re: high ping

Hi Wesson1989,

Thanks for getting back to us.

With the BQM you posted, this is still showing as a red block. Have you disabled the firewall within the router settings for this to work?

As we are unable to find any issues on the network that would cause high pings/slow speeds, can you post some speed test results with the Hub in modem mode and some ping tests please for us to check over?

Let us know how you get on
Sam
