Basically, I have some issues with my broadband recently, I am getting high ping. But my download speed and upload speed are fine.
To reset the Pre and Post RS error counts please use the Downstream screen under the router status screen available from the login page.

Can you post a couple of traceroutes?
How are you connecting to the HUB? Wired? Wireless?
