Hey people i need help with my speed i have been on the phone with Virgin and they say my speed will be fixed on the 1st off Feb. my speed i should be getting is 200 but am only get 10 download and 0.00 upload if anyone can help thanks
I've checked out your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area affecting speeds at peak times - Ref.(F003339184). Our technicians are working to get this sorted out as soon as possible and have set a review date of 1st February.
I've also picked up an issue with your Downstream Power levels that will need to be adjusted by a technician. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.
