fibre speed is great as long as you are within the time scale,otherwise you lose connection normally just as you are filling in a order,only to find out that you have loss connection. Using speed test only gives you full speed within the time scale your on the net. At least with bt you are always connected, Believe that they have over subscribe users,which causes a bottle neck in the system.at least after my 12 months are up i can go back to bt even if they are slightly dearer.As for the tivo box that have been put in the cupboard until they get it back after my contract ends,So don't be fool into all this faster connection,it is not 100% ,
Sorry to hear about your connection problems. I want to investigate and help as much as possible. Please explain a bit more about what is happening. If you're using a wireless or wired connection and if this fault is affecting multiple devices or not.
