extremely slow speed vivid 100 new hub 3.0

so im having to have the ethernet cable connected to even get a good speed as it is to even be able to stream any time of video.

Just ran a speed test which is showing that i am getting D: 6.30mbps & U: 5.53mbps which is an absolute joke when i have upgraded my broadband for my partner to be able to do online gaming.

was bad enough that i spent all of friday and saturday morning trying to activate my new router which i was told would help with my issues!

what the hell am i to do with this kind of speed on broadband its not even worth £37 a month that im paying!

Really sorry to hear you're having speed issues.

 

What sort of speeds do you get wired? I'd like you to try putting the hub 3.0 into Modem Mode, then try running a speed test.

 

If the speeds seem alright wired, then the issue might be wireless interference. A great way to help with this would be to try changing the wireless channel on your Hub 3.0.
