download speed and upload speed

ok now i am getting less then half of my download speed and loss some of my upload speed even in the morning 

here is my speed test i just did http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5874427474 and i should be getting 200mb download speed and i have a gamer add on i am not getting close to the 20mb you said and my ping as gone up by 10 

i can't use the chat online its always be busy come on virgin get that finger out your bum and sort out all the network and you said the upgrades to the network i think you say all lies get this done or i get bbc watchdog and get alot of the others to do two as well with your cs stop useing scipts and listen to people and put this in too virgin media should keep a eye on peoples internet power levels so things can be sorted out faster then having 3+ years with same problems.

and some people on this forums are not tech people or don't know anything about working power ranges if you upgrading stuff why not put a server in place to look at power levels and be montiored 24/7 and call the people have the problems then keeping quite and not update the website about anything incl any network upgrades and have a fixed fix dates not (Fix estimate) and some of the stuff we can't see like the network upgrade issue's i think most of the ref codes you give out is lie

Would hazard a guess and say 95%+ (if not more) of issues on the forum have nothing to do with power levels so being proactively monitored wouldn't do a great deal.

i have a spelling problem give people some lea way and some spelling sometimes i get right and some i don't and sometimes i get it all wrong on spellings and it is my let down i try on my spellings and you pull me on that

The spelling isn't the issue with you. Its the mis-information most the time.

Oh no, I'm fully aware of VMs problems and which is which (most the time). I don't defend them when they are wrong.


But to suggest the majority of VMs problems would be solved by proactively monitoring power levels is just another silly idea as they really are insignificant in the scale of things.

i want virgin media to sort my connection out it has download and upload issues even not in peek times i have the same problem now
