Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're getting at the minute, I know it's disappointing.
I've checked your connection and I can see that we're currently working on a fault in your area under ref: F003564970 which is due for review on the 21st Dec. While this fault is on-going you might experience slow speeds during peak time hours.

It does seem that work is ongoing in the area, F003564970 has a new review date of 29th March 2017 as our engineers continue to put everything in place to allow them to go in and complete the necessary upgrades.
Since it seems unlikely I'll be seeing speeds of >50Mbps any time soon, and I've been wasting money on VIVID 100 since August, is it possible to downgrade my package without incurring charges, or claim a refund for the additional cost?
