buffering

hi first six months was great then recently rubbish,raised in forum ,engineer booked. had a new hub 3 fitted after service engineer visit to try and resolve issues with buffering and very slow wireless , still no change , keeps bringing up red circle to try and resolve but no go. dropped or unable to respond , Engineer suggested turn off and back on again each time , as disabled this is not practical any ideas or advice. if not looking to leave after contract up in June , never had issue with sky internet or TV .
