broadband speed

Hi

my speed is terrible at the moment, we are getting less then 10mb for a 200mb service. I have tried ringing the helpdesk whose only answer was to turn it off and on again, it seems we have to have an engineer every couple of months to sort this out and its getting beyond the joke. please can I get some real help on this not the 'theres an issue in your area' lie that I got from India last night as your service checker says quite the opposite
