what has happen to broadband in Yarmouth NR30 area since New Year .Broadband keeps dropping out you can no longer watch films,TV etc.Never had any problems before ?

I have run some checks from here for you and I can see that your Hubs logs show a number of time outs inside. An engineer will need to attend in order to resolve this for you.
