bad speeds for supposed 200mbps

I'm on vivid 200 optic fibre but my speeds are ping 14 download 22.39 and upload 3.81. help I'm paying for this service but getting rubbish results

Really sorry to hear you're experiencing speed issues.

 

I've located your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area causing slow speeds and intermittent connections - Ref.(F005056767). Our technicians are working to get this sorted as soon as possible and have set a review date of 13th February.

I was supposed to have someone come out Saturday stayed in all day for no one to come rang up was told someone will ring me back and guess what no one did disgusting

I'm really sorry, I don't know why that appointment wasn't booked in.
