well speed was ok then it went really bad,,so phoned support,,(india)lol..
they obviously couldn't fix it,,had an engineer come out yesterday morning swapped out sh1 for a sh3,,speed ok 70 mbit,,
speed went bad again,,this morning only getting nearly 2mbit
did all the modem mode and rebooted pc into safe mode with networking but to no avail ..still the same..so what to do next as i am not phoning support again as i only have an 02 mobile and i was on the phone last time for nearly an hour.........
I'm really sorry about your broadband performance issues. Looking back over historical data it would appear that we had a low SNR (signal to noise ratio) fault around the date of your post.
The network has been fault free since then so I'm hoping you've had no more issues with this.
