Hi for the past two weeks after 5pm my speeds are so bad that I cannot use the internet to even open my gmail.
I use ethernet for my computer, I have even tried connecting ethernet from straight from the hub, wireless ect.
I have reset the hub, done the standard protocals but no luck.
Im at a state where I have to tether from my mobile phone to use the net while paying for this service. I know theres problems around london, but this is not acceptable. Please advice, im at a state where I rather just change over to another network, I have been with virgin at this house for well over 8 years and always the same issues.
