area 14, loss of O2 server 18/3/17 speed loss of 150Mbps

Hi everyone, FYI here. If you use speedtest.net to test your speed it keeps your data. I only found this today and it appears that they've been keeping my data for for over a year.

So virgin, why have you been charging me for the Vivid200 but only get data speeds of 50Mgps for the LAST YEAR of billing. IE: 14/5/2016 the O2 server was no longer being used and my speed dropped on that day. !!!

see attached image of export data from speediest.net

I have the data saved now and will be looking into getting a refund from you.

Re: area 14, loss of O2 server 18/3/17 speed loss of 150Mbps

Hello Oimush-libitina

I am sorry you are having problems with slow speeds but I have to say the connection is looking very good. Area traffic is low so I wonder what is going on. I notice that most of your devices are wireless and this may have a detrimental affect on speed by its very nature. If you have not done so already please try www.speedtest.net leaving the default server on a wired device with a 1Gbps Ethernet card.

Thank you

Nicola
