This post has to explain exactly how I'm feeling about the situation I'm in, I'm on the 200/20 package and for eleven months I've had nothing but excuses for why they've not fixed the issues I've checked doing a FOI if they've requested permissions from the council for digging up the roads and they've been granted it but Virgin haven't even been in the area doing so please enlighten me why the hell I should be happy with £6 off my bill when I'm losing 96% of the service I pay for?
@Tom1029 if you are having utilization issues on the 200Mbs package, I believe you should be getting more compensation off your bill (although its not a great deal more). Always thought they gave out £12.50 for the 200Mbs package as compensation for that,
