Yet again no service
Seems like every two weeks the network falls over

Each time an engineer is booked and then cancelled

How many faults have to happen before someone at VM is bothered enough to do something ?

Shameful really

Equally irritating is the attitude of the people on the phone

SW16 / F004332018 Terrible at the moment.

Speeds are at an all time low.
Review dates mean nothing.
Complaint to VM ignored (failing to meet their own code of conduct)
Complaint to CASIS sent.

Apologies for the ongoing issues and I'm so sorry to hear that your complaint has been ignored.

 

Could you let me know how you filed the complaint please? I'd like to look into this and find out why you've not had a response and see if we can do something to get it moving again.

Hello Kev.

I have complained many times via both on-line chat and via the phone.
The complaint reference given to me was COM1011113771.
The date of the complaint was on/or around Nov 30th.

I could go into a long and boring post...
but I would only be repeating what has already been said by everyone else.

Thanks for getting back in touch. I've checked the complaint reference and there are notes to say that you were called back on 4th January to attempt to resolve the complaint, as per our Consumer Complaint Resolution Code of Practice.

Not exactly Kev.

i contacts VM for 2 days in a row requesting a response to my complaint.
I got a call from our call centre who initial had the wrong account number and customer name.
only after i managed to convince the girl that she had in fact called my number and that i am me and that i do have a complaint.
she went on to inform that all my issues would be resolved in early February.

She most reassuredly reassured me that the speed issues would be resolved on the 2nd of Feb when engineers would resolve the issue.

We all know this to be untrue don't we.

has the review date already been delayed again as of yet ?
Or do we have to wait for the 2nd to find out nothing is going to be done ?

my complaint still stands and I would at least give some credit to VM if they would be honest for a change.

what happened to the review that was happening on the 8th.

we are currently getting 1Mbs from a 152Mbs service.
to be frank it *******

The result of the review would be that not everything is in place for the fix to happen, thus another review is needed further down the line.
