Zero upload speed

I believe I have the same problem as in this post here:

http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Speed/No-Upload-Speed/td-p/3127566

I have the 200mb fibre connection, and I get consistently >150Mbit/s down and less than 10 KB/s up (correct units). I have spoken with the support line and they do not seem to recognise this type of fault, generally insisting that I must have 4Mbit/s. They have tried resetting the router in various ways and placed it into various modes (including modem mode and safe mode) to no avail.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

I am having the same issue.  upload speed of either 0 or 0.8mbs.

Sorry the copy and paste of the table didn't work . screen shots below (took ages to upload small file! :-( ) Edit -  speedtest = ping 14ms, download - 45mbps (i have a 70 mbps package) and upload of 0.08mbps.

I'm in TW1 too... 3rd day of poor broadband upload speeds

So glad I read this! TW2 here, and none existant upload speeds since around Sunday lunch time.

There must be a problem in the area. Please say Virgin are looking into this?????
