They don't lie, you just probably have a fault in your area, maybe if you bothered to tell us the issue and post some details / stats then the community members / staff might be able to look into your issue
They sold me a broadband speed that they consistently cannot deliver. If you say you will get 150Mbs or 200Mbs but deliver 26Mbs you are lying. When I ask about this they say there is a utilisation issue. That doesn't explain getting 0Mbs or 26Mbs at 3am, in this case it was at 21:33, but it can happen at any time. They are unwilling to offer any reasonable compensation.
They also say they will have it fixed on 27/07/2016 miss that then say it will be fixed in March 2017.
