Wow could it not get any slower

Once again the TiVo deciding to go even slower. Have VM sent out another inadequate software update cos the last time they did the TiVo crawled around its menus. Also the on demand service not working again it's temporarily unavailable try again later I've been trying for 2 days so given up on it. Just a few months to go and it's bye bye !!!!! Of all the postings I've made and the customer service side and never spoke to me once makes me think they don't care ?

Thanks for your post on the Forum. I'm sorry for the problems you're having with your TiVo® On Demand service and slow performance issues. Have these issues improved at all since your post? 

I've been able to run testing to your equipment and everything looks good at the moment.

Please let me know if you are still experiencing problems with your TiVo®.
