Hi, We increased our speed this September, and boy was that the worst decision ever made! It now takes 3 mins to load a Facebook page, 15 minutes to watch 1 a minute video, and we're having to buy mobile data for extra internet.
I've called twice this week. They've reset things on their end and I did the same on my end, as they asked. With and without Ethernet attached.
Virgin asked us to download something from 123rescue but it would have taken 67 minutes to download!!!!!
We're very frustrated, and are close to cancelling the contract early.
