My wifi keeps running slowly. Sometimes I test a ping and get 70mgb but most of the time I get between 5mgb - 20mgb. I have contacted virgin several times but can't get any resolution. I have tried a reboot. I have tried turning off all of our wifi equipment but still no improvement.
