I am on the 200MB virgin gaming package and have had speeds of max 20MB and unstable ping for about 6 months now. I have the same message every 2 months just giving me a "review date" rather then a "FIX DATE", its an absolute joke and I have to stick with virgin because no one else is in my area. they do not fix anything
hi i also recieved a credit the 2 times i phoned because of the dreadfull speeds they credited me £3 the first time then £4 the second time a joke really considering i have been a customer for almost 5 years never missed a payment always went for the fastest most expensive broadband package.
the point of the reply is did you receive a similar amount or have virgin media just fobbed me off?
