Why is my speed slow?

Should be getting 70 but im getting around 10 wired. This is area 20 btw. Ive rang a couple of times but they can't find anything wrong. I don't get it

I live in Greenford and i have the same reply. all good and running.

This has only been happening the last couple of weeks and it's a joke. Why shouldn't we all have a percentage off our bills until it's fixed as we are paying for a service that cannot be supplied.

Exactly!
i have insisted on refund and was told that i will have some...
For. me some should be at least 90%deduction due to the fact that instead of vivid200 i. have vivid da*n 10.

Hi Captslow,

Apologies for your recently reduced speeds. My tests do reveal low Modem SNR and slightly reduced upstream power levels.

I can find no errors on the network so suspect this may be due to a fault with your Hub, or something closely connected (coax or splitter for example). 

I'd like to arrange for an engineer to investigate, so please reply to my PM (purple envelope icon, top right of page) and I'll get an appointment booked in for you.

Many thanks for arranging the visit. Engineer replaced my my router to a superhub 3.0. Now getting 70 at off peak. Is there still a utilisation problem on the wirral still and do you know when this will be resolved?
