All I do is move 2 miles down the road where I had consistent 200Mbps, and now I am lucky if I get 50Mbps. Where is the network engineer your promised to send out when your installer came and replaced my perfectly working superhub, because he didn't know what modem mode was?
I am not happy Virgin.......

I'm very sorry to learn you've been experiencing slow speeds since moving home. I've run some checks on your connection to look into this further and I can see that we currently have a fault ticket raised F002978149 that's causing slow speeds around peak times. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience this must be causing you. There is a review date coming up on 05/04/2017 where we will certainly be able to check for any updates.
