Well done Super Users!

Honest lads (Lads is generic, just in case. Smiley Happy ). Honest lads, well done for pointing out the failings of our beloved VM. We now know that Fix Dates from offshore, mean nothing. Mind you, Review dates from onshore mean the same. So we're a bit Knackered as customers. Keep it up lads!

Just to keep this in the Speed thread. What's new with my F number?

On the plus side. Smiley Happy Our company wig (He says M'Lud for a living.) has introduced me to his mates. "Oh, this is Pete The Brick. He's a really nice chap, but he has some problems with his internet." . Three hours later, it turns out that I was right about the offshore call centre giving out fix dates. It really is Fraud in the eyes of the law (As it is for capital gain.). "Oh yes, we'll get on that, it's a loophole. Now be a nice chap, and fetch us some real ale you pleb." Yep, I understand that. I was having a laugh about how my wigs want to palm their daughters off on me. It was a jest, simple.

If theres one thing needs changing about VM its the offshore support.  Either they need to invest in training or invest in onshore- with actual trained staff.

Mind you if the pound falls much further, it will be cheaper to set up a call center in South London and employ certified CisCo engineers with DOSCSIS credentials on top than fund one in the Indian sub continent.
