Was waiting for free speed boost for 1 and a half years

Phoned customer service today to ask about free speed boost which I was told will get when I signed up for new contract last may. Was told no speed boosts where available for me. I was then put through to retentions team who said they can increase my speed from 100mbs to 150 mbs so I asked can you put it through please. Put on hold for five mins then told can't do speed boost because my account was flagged up. Asked for reason he said he didn't know. Anyone know?

If you re-did a contract last May (2016). You would be ineligible for the speed boost as you needed to been on the same contract since at least October 2015.



Any changes to the contract / pricing would remove your eligibility.
