Can someone from he VM team please look into my connection and advise.
Been having slow responses - down to 1Mb/s over the last week or so. Have reset modem several times.
Have attached two screenshots of modem downstream data, and doesn't look too healthy at all ? (one is shortly after rebooting modem, the second is shortly after that again)

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and I can see a few issue with the signal that are likely causing problems.
