Vivid Gamer has more than halved my speed. Technical help needed.

Hi All,

I have full CAT 6, 1Gbs FULL Duplex set and am getting atrocious speeds. I have previously been getting well over 200Mbs.

Note - ~The Superhub is in Modem mode - It is plugged into an Asus RT-N66U.

Reboot hub and re-post your power levels. According to that you only have one downstream and upstream locked...

Did you get a new HUB as part of the upgrade?

It takes week to get an answer from Virgin themselves.

 

Apparently if you post again you go to the back of the queue, not sure if this is true and if it is it's ridiculous!
