Vivid 200

Could anyone tell me why my speed drops to around 50mbps after half an hour of my hub being turned on. I'm on vivid 200. It's alright at first at 145mbps.

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and I can see a really high amount of timeouts in your hub's log. I'd like to arrange for a technician to check this out for you.
