Vivid 200 speed eratic

Hello,

I have been on Virgin Media broadband vivid 200 for just two days, but the speed is varying dramatically.  My download speeds have been as high as 218 mb and as low as 2 mb.  I have reset hub twice and speeds went up immediately to where they should be. This morning when I checked speed it was 21 mb, this time I didn't reset hub and it was 176 mb 15 mins later, then dropped back to 54mb.

I am using Speedtest.net to check speed.

I've located your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area causing intermittent services - Ref.(F005051934). Our technicians are working to get this resolved as soon as possible and have set a review date of 10th February.

I've checked the network and the SNR outage has been closed.

 

There is still an issue at peak times F004725904 but it won't have nearly the same impact as the SNR outage.

 

How is your connection now?

My connection has been a lot better over the last couple of days. The highest speed 221 Mbps and lowest 148 Mbps.
