I've had vivid 200 for 10 months now and have never had download speeds close to what I'm paying for, I average 20-30 Mbps. I have phoned virgin 5 times now and keep getting fobbed off with a promise that engineers are working to fix the problem but nothing ever changes, the complaints department are also supposed to have phoned me back twice but never have. I'm now getting really annoyed and as soon as my contract ends will be moving both TV and broadband to another provider. Does anyone have a uk phone number that I can ring and complain ?
Ring the normal number during business hours (9-5) and push for the cancellations team. You can usually be put through to the Swansea lot and the infamous 'Scottish guy from swansea'.
It is a case of if you don't succeed at first then try again but that's your best odds.
