This is our 1st time having Virgin which I believe could be one of the reasons to the slower than intended speeds. But it just seems odd that I am only getting a quarter of the speeds on average. We only got virgin on the 24th (today being the 25th) but I don't think that is a excuse. Back when I had talktalk we got a upgrade to 55mbps and that actually stayed at 70mbps until we switched. I have looked on the forums and seen multiple posts like this one. I have seen people talking about the max traffic rate at which the download speed is at. Mine is 230000000 which I believe is correct, which makes no sense as I am only getting ~50mbps. If anyone could please tell me what I could do to maybe fix or the problem or who I can call to fix the problem that would be greatly appreciated.
