I've been having this problem for over 3 weeks now and I'm quite annoyed. I have the vivid 200 package but I'm getting 50-60 download and 12 upload. When I first got this I got around 140 download but now I dont.

My apologies you are not achieving the up to 200 Mbps broadband speeds.
I've managed to locate your account and can see a high peak time traffic fault in your area. The reference number is F004294183 and has a review date of 15th March.
As this will impact your speeds during peak hours, are you able to complete speed tests through a wired connection outside these hours to see if the speeds differ please?
