I am a new customer of a little over a week. I have Vivid 200 on a Hub 3.0 and have found that my broadband speed is very slow indeed. It runs around 50-60 Mbs on wireless and very slightly faster when cable linked to the router. Today's speed test is below.

I could do with some help on sorting this out - anyone have any suggestions? I really don't think I should be paying top whack for something that is running at 25%!

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your new Hub 3.0.
I've run diagnostics on your equipment and I can see an issue with your Modem SNR that will need to be adjusted by a technician. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.
