I have been a Vivid 200 user since June 2016 I have noticed that the speed has declined over the last 3 months in the Hitchin area - anyone else having the same problems ? evening slowdowns and afternoon go slow.
Only have Vivid 200 for broadband and have the SuperHub 3.0.

Andrew. I've just used the search bar at the top of the page for F004599865. I can only find one other reference to it, so it's probably a fairly new F Number. Get ready for a long wait to get your speed back (1 year + isn't unusual.).
