Vivid 200 Speed slow in Hitchin

I have been a Vivid 200 user since June 2016 I have noticed that the speed has declined over the last 3 months in the Hitchin area - anyone else having the same problems ? evening slowdowns and afternoon go slow.

Only have Vivid 200 for broadband and have the SuperHub 3.0.

Your best bet is to wait for a reply from VM on here (Approx' 1 week from your last post.). The call centre is useless.

How do you clarify that you are in a Over Utilised area? with Virgin Media

Andrew. I've just used the search bar at the top of the page for F004599865. I can only find one other reference to it, so it's probably a fairly new F Number. Get ready for a long wait to get your speed back (1 year + isn't unusual.).
