I have not received any further information regarding this order even though it states: "We'll email you in the next 48 hours to let you know the exact cost of your order, even if there?s no change to your monthly bill."
I was assuming this was a free upgrade to my existing broadband speed.
Please confirm whether this is a free upgrade. If this is NOT the case then I wish to cancel the order.
